The Advisory Program

We are assembling a select group of L&D leaders to help shape the future of mobile-first workforce verification. This is a high-leverage role designed for experts who understand the pain of manual signatures, missing records, and the liability of an untrained "shadow workforce."

Advisor Focus: Audit-Readiness & Distributed Workforces

    You will guide the development of our "Defensible Record" engine. Your expertise will help us refine how Lightning LMS handles:
  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensuring training delivery meets OSHA, EEOC, or industry-specific audit standards.
  • GTM Strategy: Identifying high-risk industries (Construction, Logistics, Hospitality, Healthcare) where the compliance gap is a strategic threat.
    What Advisors Do
  • Product Roadmap: Provide feedback on feature prioritization (e.g., WhatsApp-native assessments, auto-reminders).
  • Network Introductions: Introduce Lightning LMS to organizations struggling with distributed workforce training or audit failures.
  • Thought Leadership: Share insights on emerging compliance trends to help us refine our messaging.

Commitment

~2โ€“3 hours per month.
