Job Summary
We are seeking a Power BI Developer with Target skills to join our company to support one of our clients in their robust marketing department. Our client is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the country performing humanitarian services.
- Experience
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a solid portfolio of dashboard projects showcasing advanced visualization skills.
High-Level Project Description: Consultant ensures accurate data collection and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align analytics & digital experience strategies with business goals.
- Role:
- Configure tracking codes using Adobe Launch (Data Collection/Tags).
- Define and maintain data layers, custom events, eVars, props, and processing rules.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and analysts to align tracking with business objectives.
- Conduct QA to validate data accuracy and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
- Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics and other Experience Cloud products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tagging and data flow.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for stakeholders and developers.
- Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Target implementation.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud: Analytics, Launch (Data Collection/Tags), and Target.
- Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle and analytics integration best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
