We're seeking experienced customer support representatives who are passionate about music and have a knack for helping fans get their questions answered. As a Chat Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through our ticketing system, assisting with purchases, password resets, website assistance, and troubleshooting, among other tasks.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Expressing genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
  • Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
  • Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
  • Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
  • Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate timeframe
  • Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management as needed
  • Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times and remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions
  • Being flexible and willing to cross-train as requested
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A LOVE of music, with a strong passion for the Pop and Country genres
  • 1-3 years of call center chat experience, with a strong preference for technical experience and Zendesk expertise
  • The ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
  • Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms
  • Excellent grammar and the ability to use industry-specific lingo
  • Previous work-from-home experience and a strong understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Technical experience, particularly in Zendesk
  • Previous experience working in the music industry or with music-related clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you'll need:

  • Your own computer, with a processor of Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater (4 cores)
  • 8GB of RAM on Windows 10 or higher / 10 64 bits
  • A screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required and a webcam
  • A USB headset and up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform
  • A recent scan completed and a hardwired connection to the router
  • A firewall enabled
