  • *Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our administration functions. Under close guidance and following specific instructions, you will perform routine, structured duties related to administration functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Following specific instructions to produce administration documents from rough draft and/or combine data from various source documents
  • Proof and check work for accuracy
  • Transfer data to forms, logs, records, or reports
  • Retrieve manual order documents from the ABB empower quotation system for Field Service orders and input the data into ABB Global Salesforce.com case platform for order entry
  • Interface with Sales and Project Management, as necessary, to gather additional data for Field Service Order entry
  • Review workflows for new customer creation and gather additional data from Qlikview or other ABB systems as required
  • Input data into ABB's MDG tool for new customer creation
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Perform routine administration duties involving application of clearly prescribed standard practices
  • Follow specific instructions to produce administration documents from rough draft and/or combine data from various source documents
  • Proof and check work for accuracy
  • Transfer data to forms, logs, records, or reports
  • Retrieve manual order documents from the ABB empower quotation system for Field Service orders and input the data into ABB Global Salesforce.com case platform for order entry
  • Interface with Sales and Project Management, as necessary, to gather additional data for Field Service Order entry
  • Review workflows for new customer creation and gather additional data from Qlikview or other ABB systems as required
  • Input data into ABB's MDG tool for new customer creation
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or a special combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
  • High proficiency in utilizing electronic sales tools including; Salesforce.com, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with SAP
  • Detail-oriented individual who maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks, consistently upholding high standards of quality and thoroughness
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP
  • 5+ years of experience in data entry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and SAP is highly desirable
