- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management professionals to achieve strategic goals and objectives
- Invest in the future of arenaflex's People by executing strategic direction of State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) managed travel accounts
- Identify, hire, onboard, and train a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
- Establish formal partnerships and increase sales to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
- Broaden awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to SLED managed travel accounts
- Collaborate with fellow Leaders to drive business growth and development
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution
- Excellent coaching and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. (no current or future work authorization sponsorship available)

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong understanding of the travel industry
- Certification in a relevant field, such as sales or marketing
