We are an early-stage cloud computing web service startup seeking an experienced SaaS strategy consultant to develop:
A comprehensive business plan
A structured market opportunity analysis
A competitive landscape assessment
This engagement is focused on data-driven, actionable strategy, not template-based documentation. We are looking for a consultant who understands SaaS economics, cloud business models, and go-to-market strategy.
