Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / MM Consultant to support end-to-end procurement processes, system configuration, and business integration activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Configure SAP MM components such as pricing procedures, release strategies, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, source determination, and vendor master-related settings.
- Support Inventory Management activities and goods movement processes related to procurement.
- Handle Invoice Verification (MIRO), GR/IR reconciliation, and ensure seamless integration with SAP FI for account determination and payment processing.
- Work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Tax teams to ensure business alignment and compliance (GST/VAT/Withholding Tax).
- Support MM integrations with FI and SD, including scenarios like STO, intercompany, and third-party procurement.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with technical teams during development and testing.
- Participate in data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
- Create process documentation and provide end-user training.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA PTP/MM implementations.
- Knowledge of Smart Forms/Adobe Forms is a plus.
