- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Stay current on trends in retail, CPG, and general merchandise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms to support client engagements
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges
- Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a consumer insights role or client facing role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excel: able to use intermediate functions for data management and interpretations, such as creating tables and pivot tables
- PowerPoint: able to create slides adhering to corporate style guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships
- Possesses written and spoken English-language skills to facilitate communication
