Workday Finance & HCM Consultant (Part-Time, Remote)
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Hours: 20 hours/week (minimum)
Location: Remote (Nearshore acceptable)
Client is seeking a senior-level Workday Finance & HCM Consultant to provide part-time production support in a complex Workday environment. This role will focus primarily on Workday Financials (more critical) while also supporting HCM-related needs. The engagement is strictly KTLO (Keep The Lights On) support within a cost-conscious environment, requiring a highly capable consultant who can operate independently and handle sophisticated finance configurations.
This is a long-term contract (1+ year) with potential for future FTE conversion thereafter
- Must
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials (advanced configuration and support)
- Solid working knowledge of Workday HCM
- CPA-level or equivalent strong financial/accounting background
- Experience supporting complex, live Workday environments (post-implementation)
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity (20 hrs/week minimum)
- Senior-level consultant (not junior; must be able to navigate complex setups without heavy oversight)
