About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 2+ years of experience in GoLang microservices to join our fast-paced AWS-based environment. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running — there’s no time for lengthy training. You will manage backlogs, gather and define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize development backlogs effectively
- Gather, define, and document clear project requirements
- Develop and maintain GoLang microservices within an AWS environment
- Work with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment
- Conduct thorough code reviews and promote best coding practices
- Collaborate within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban) using Jira
- Integrate systems and APIs to support business needs
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience developing GoLang microservices
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Hands-on AWS experience in a cloud-native environment
- Proven ability to gather and define project requirements
- Experience with integration projects is a must
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban
- Proficient with Jira or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
