Overview
We are seeking a licensed commercial real estate appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a CGRE license in NY, NJ, CT, PA, IL and/or FL. You should be comfortable working as a fee appraiser / independent contractor. You should have appraisal experience across industrial, retail and multifamily properties. Competency in land, new construction, and subdivisions is a bonus. As a fee appraiser, you earn a percentage of the assigned job fee. The opportunity is best suited for someone who can effectively work remotely and start part-time while working up to full-time at the earliest opportunity. It is best to be located in Central or Eastern time zone.

- Competent to complete a commercial real estate appraisal

- Skilled in valuation software, advanced excel and word templates
- Advanced writing and analytical skills
- Contact clients, real estate agents, local municipalities and others to gather necessary information needed to support the appraisal work.
- Mentored by lead MAI appraiser
- Qualifications
- Licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills for effective financial analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborative style working in a small appraisal group
