The role
- Handle commercial real estate matters end-to-end ️
- Lead acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
- Own and expand client relationships while developing new business
- Collaborate cross-functionally on complex real estate deals
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years commercial real estate experience
- Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice
- Excellent client-facing and deal management skills
