Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for Licensed Luxury Real Estate Agents, specializing in the Hamptons, Fire Island, Gold Coast, and South Shore regions. The role involves managing property showings, maintaining client relationships, negotiating real estate transactions, and staying informed about local market trends. Agents will work closely with high-net-worth clients to provide guidance and expertise in buying, selling, or renting luxury properties.
- Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Experience and proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management.
- Strong Sales skills and the ability to achieve targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver a client-focused experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the luxury real estate market, particularly in the Hamptons, Fire Island, Gold Coast, or South Shore regions, is highly beneficial.
