To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems.
- The ability to work independently, with a strong focus on self-motivation and initiative.
- Quick learning skills, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Accurate typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
