Job Title: Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant – AR (LATAM Experience)
Location: Remote - USA
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and hands-on experience in Oracle Financials Cloud implementations across LATAM countries. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of AR processes, LATAM regional business requirements, and experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering and solution design sessions with business stakeholders
- Configure and implement Oracle Financials Cloud Accounts Receivable (AR) module
- Manage AR processes including billing, receipts, collections, adjustments, and reconciliation
- Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including CRP, SIT, UAT, and production support
- Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with LATAM localization and regional financial practices
- Support quarterly upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Oracle Financials Cloud AR module
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
- Hands-on experience working on LATAM country implementations
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash and Record to Report processes
- Experience in requirement documentation, FIT-GAP analysis, and testing cycles
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
