Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The American Red Cross is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Fundraising & Marketing Technology Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute personalized content strategies using Adobe’s technology stack.
- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, analytics, and IT, to implement personalization goals and requirements
- Develop and execute personalized content strategies across Adobe's digital platforms
- Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, specifically Adobe Target, Analytics, and Data Collection (Launch) to implement and optimize personalized experiences
- Work with the user experience and testing & optimization team to plan and implement new user experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer data management and marketing technology
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, marketing, digital media, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience working as a software developer, data engineer, or related role, focusing on marketing technology, personalization, and optimization
- 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically, Adobe Data Collection (Launch), Analytics, and Target. Experience with AEMaaCS, CJA, and RT-CDP a plus
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving successful outcomes in optimizing customer journeys
- Knowledge and experience with conversion rate optimization
- Experience with agile methodology and project management tools is a plus
- Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted)
