- *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success & Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week). As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of arenaflex. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and personalized support
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer success initiatives
- Provide training and support to clients on arenaflex products and services
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 3+ years of successful sales and/or customer service experience with professional references
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Organizational skills and professionalism, including: + Responsiveness to clients and co-workers+ Excellent time-management and organization+ Excellent record-keeping and filing+ Compliance with company procedures+ Punctuality+ Courtesy+ Cultural awareness and respect for persons of various backgrounds+ Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with GSuite and other productivity tools
- Access to reliable phone and internet with video calling capabilities, and a computer device to support

- Bachelor's degree or currently working towards one
- Experience in the education industry or a related field
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services

arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, with most work taking place online. However, there may be instances that require in-person meetings at our main office in Downtown Central Fremont.
