- *What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Associate I, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their mortgage terms and conditions
- Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, highlighting the value and convenience these services offer
- Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing guidance and support to help them get back on track
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- *What's Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Must reside within 60 miles of the office location, ensuring you can easily commute to our office for training and meetings
- Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our mortgage services and customer service best practices
- Must be available to work during business hours after training, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
