Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Remote Social Media Strategist with strong business acumen to enhance professional social media accounts. The role involves managing multiple channels, creating engaging content, and staying current with social media trends.
- Responsibilities
- Grow the firm's YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms
- Manage the firm's channels and Parag's personal channels, ensuring appropriate content is posted on each
- Post 4-5 times per week on each platform
- Utilize content created by the partner, who has received national media attention, to enhance posts
- Stay updated with social trends and create engaging videos suitable for a professional setting
- Boost ads on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate with external vendors for video editing
- Guide content strategy based on platform performance
- Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing or growing professional social media accounts, ideally on YouTube and Instagram, with clear examples of personal accomplishments
- Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Ads, ideally boosting ads
- Ability to edit videos
- Professional services social media experience is preferred
