Job Description
Techrupt Innovations is seeking a Venture Partner (M&A & Growth) to work directly with the founder and core team on scaling and positioning Virality, a fast-growing product in the social media analytics and creator intelligence space. The mandate is clear: maximize enterprise value and drive a strategic acquisition.
This is a senior, operator-level role suited for someone who has built, scaled, and exited a technology company or led corporate development at a high-growth platform.
What You’ll Do
- Growth & Positioning
- Shape Virality’s long-term product and data narrative to align with strategic acquirers (social platforms, analytics firms, AI tool aggregators).
- Identify and prioritize growth levers that directly increase acquisition value (retention, data defensibility, network effects).
- Pressure-test roadmap decisions through an exit-oriented lens.
- M&A & Exit Strategy
- Define the acquisition thesis: who buys Virality, why, and at what scale.
- Prepare the company for diligence-readiness (metrics, story, defensibility, strategic fit).
- Lead or support conversations with potential acquirers, corp dev teams, and strategic partners.
- Advise on timing, structure, and negotiation strategy for potential exits.
- Founder & Board-Level Advisory
- Act as a thought partner to the founder on high-stakes strategic decisions.
- Bring Silicon Valley pattern recognition around scaling, signaling, and exits.
- Open doors through a strong network of founders, executives, and acquirers. What We’re Looking For
- Prior founder or senior operator with at least one successful exit or M&A outcome.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, data platforms, social media, or creator ecosystems.
- Experience engaging with corporate development teams at large tech or growth-stage companies.
- Strong strategic judgment with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
- Preferably based in or closely connected to Silicon Valley. Why This Role
