- Responsibilities
- Evaluate and interpret credit data, borrower profiles, and financial statements for AI training purposes
- Produce accurate creditworthiness assessments using real-world credit analysis frameworks
- Document findings in clear, structured written formats to improve AI understanding of credit risk
- Identify financial risks, trends, inconsistencies, and key red flags within datasets
- Provide expert feedback on AI-generated credit evaluations and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training materials and evaluation standards
- Support the development of reusable credit analysis scenarios, benchmarks, and scoring guidelines
- Skills
- Proven experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, or a related finance role
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and credit information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to produce accurate, well-structured documentation in a remote environment
- Comfortable using technology and adapting quickly to new digital tools
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently in a virtual setting
