Job Overview


In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for sports with your exceptional customer support skills to provide an unparalleled experience for our customers. As a Fantasy Sports Enthusiast and Customer Service Specialist, you will support an interactive fantasy sports platform, providing player advice and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you dominate your Fantasy Sports league, year after year, and have a strong opinion on whether IDPs or a Team Defense is the better option, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide superior customer support and player advice to customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize knowledge of sports to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

  • Efficiently navigate website and digital platforms to resolve customer issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Efficient in website/digital navigation and interaction

  • Strong knowledge of and passion for sports

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs

Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience in fantasy sports or a related field

  • Knowledge of fantasy sports platforms and rules

  • Experience working in a remote environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits


We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.25, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid training and PTO, and advancement opportunities.
