Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems, with basic typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and written skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies
