Position Overview
The Learn & Grow Tutoring Company is seeking a Youth Leadership & Business Coach to teach and mentor students ages 7 through high school in a fully virtual setting. This role is ideal for an educator, entrepreneur, or youth mentor who is passionate about helping young people develop leadership skills, confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The coach will facilitate engaging, age-appropriate virtual lessons focused on leadership development, communication, goal-setting, teamwork, and foundational business concepts.
- Responsibilities
- Teach virtual leadership and business lessons to students ages 7–18 in small groups and/or 1:1 sessions
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate virtual lessons for different age groups
- Support students in building confidence, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Introduce basic business concepts such as entrepreneurship, money management, goal-setting, and teamwork
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging virtual learning environment
- Communicate professionally with families and the Learn & Grow team
- Track student progress and provide feedback as needed.
- Qualifications
- Experience working with children or teens (education, coaching, mentoring, youth programs, or business instruction)
- Strong virtual communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for youth leadership, business education, and entrepreneurship
- Ability to adapt lessons for multiple age groups
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Preferred (but not required):
- Teaching certification, youth leadership training, or business background
- Experience teaching entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or leadership programs
- Background in education, coaching, or youth development
- Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Background check required
- Two professional references
- Reliable internet and ability to teach via virtual platforms

Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
