Title: SVP, Creative MerchandisingLocation: Remote with occasional travel to the Northeastern Region, USAEmployment Type: Full-Time/PermDescription:β’ The Senior Vice President of Creative Merchandising will oversee product development and execute merchandising strategies for diverse categories, including Kids, STEM, and Compounds.β’ This role focuses on expanding product categories and brand portfolios while achieving corporate financial objectives.β’ The leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market, driving category growth and maintaining strong relationships with distribution channels.Required Skills:β’ Over 10 years of experience in product development and merchandising, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within consumer goods categories such as toys, crafts, or educational products.β’ Demonstrated success in driving innovation, sales growth, and profitability.β’ Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.β’ Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and mentor teams.β’ Comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.β’ Ability to develop innovative products with a keen aesthetic sense.Desired Skills:β’ Experience in collaborating with global sourcing teams and counterparts.β’ Familiarity with merchandising strategy development and execution across multiple distribution channels.β’ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in product delivery from concept to retail.Compensation:Pay Range: $21000K-$300000KBenefits:A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
