About the position
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in your area. You will play a crucial role in recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify applicants, and drive referrals. Additionally, you will coordinate recruitment events and manage application processes.
- Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a two-hour driving distance.
- Present and pitch the new program to generate interest and guide businesses through the application process.
- Qualify prospective businesses and maintain activity records in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learn sessions and townhall meetings.
- Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
- Requirements
- 1+ years in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door.
- Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.
- Sales, account management, customer service, and recruiting experience.
- Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
- Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.
