- Support the Recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes and implement changes as needed.
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles on job portals for our open searches.
