- Role: Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant
- Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
- Engagement: Contract / Consulting
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day shift
- Focus Areas: Workday Finance & Supply Chain (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, GL, Financial Reporting)
- What You’d Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
- Design and execute integrated change, communication, and adoption strategies
- Partner closely with executives, functional leaders, and project teams
- Coach leaders and managers to reinforce adoption and sustain change
- Measure adoption outcomes and recommend corrective actions as needed
- What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
- Strong background in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
- Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Preferred Experience :
- Healthcare or large enterprise environments
- Multi-module Workday deployments
- Organizational design or operating model transformation
