- Developing well-supported valuation approaches and methods
- Preparing detailed USPAP-compliant reports and opinions of value
- Skills
- 10+ Years' Experience in Business Valuation and USPAP is essential
- ASA, CBA, CVA, ABV Certification required
- Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Experienced in project and staff management
- Strong Analytical Skills, valuation drivers, risk factors, customer relationships, product/service USP, SWOT
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Appraisal of Intellectual Property a plus
