As a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing timely updates on their orders
  • Gathering information on customer complaints and escalating them to management for swift resolutions
  • Scheduling interviews with applicants for the Plant Manager to conduct
  • Conducting onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and order status
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with the Plant Manager and other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
