- Overseeing and coordinating project management activities within the pharma sector
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Support the development and implementation of project management standards, processes, and best practices
- Support the planning and execution of pharma projects and cross-functional workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks
- Prepare project status reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Help manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma or similar certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
