- Watkins, Colorado — Our agency is partnering with a growing, well-established compounding pharmacy to identify a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for their specialized 503A CBD-focused pharmacy in Watkins, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist seeking a part-time leadership role within a collaborative, mission-driven organization. The pharmacy operates with a small, close-knit team and focuses exclusively on tincture-based prescriptions, creating a streamlined and highly specialized practice environment.Schedule
- 24 hours per week onsite in Watkins, CO
- 16 hours per week on-call, supporting pharmacist presence requirements for additional states Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with Colorado Board of Pharmacy regulations and applicable multi-state requirements
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, compounding standards, and quality control
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff
- Ensure accurate preparation, dispensing, and documentation of tincture-based compounds
- Maintain SOPs, policies, and regulatory documentation
- Act as pharmacist of record for additional states as required
