Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Training Specialist-PTNE conducts training classes for Norton Healthcare employees and assists in creating, updating, and evaluating course materials, which may include print and/or various electronic delivery methods. This role is also responsible for maintaining classroom materials and recording classroom attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications
- Required:
- With associate degree one year instructional design and curriculum delivery
- Without associate degree three years instructional design and curriculum delivery
- Desired
- With Bachelor degree one year instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting
- Without Bachelor degree three years instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting
