I am the founder of a growing energy brokerage and am seeking an experienced Fractional COO or Business Operations Consultant to help clean up, structure, and scale my business.

This role is hands-on, not advisory-only. I’m looking for someone who has built systems, organized teams, and implemented processes in service-based or commission-driven businesses.

The business has strong revenue potential, but needs tighter structure, accountability, systems, and clarity to scale efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Audit current business structure, workflows, and operations
  • Build or refine organizational structure & role clarity
  • Create and document SOPs for sales, operations, and admin
  • Improve CRM usage, deal tracking, renewals, and reporting
  • Design sales operations systems (handoffs, accountability, pipeline tracking)
  • Implement KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Help streamline communication between leadership, sales, and admin
  • Reduce operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Support leadership with execution and accountability

Ideal Candidate Has Experience With

  • Fractional COO or senior operations roles
  • Service-based or commission-driven businesses
  • Sales teams (agents, brokers, reps, closers)
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Scaling small businesses into organized, repeatable operations
  • Turning chaos into clarity

Energy, real estate, brokerage, or financial services experience is a PLUS but not required.
