Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radley James is partnering with a high-growth crypto technology company that builds infrastructure for managing digital assets. They are seeking a hands-on Security Generalist to own and scale security across the organization, implementing security practices and partnering with engineering teams.
- Responsibilities
- Owning and executing the security roadmap
- Implementing application and cloud security practices, including vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening
- Establishing data security, privacy, and compliance controls (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR)
- Building monitoring, detection, and incident response processes
- Partnering closely with engineering teams to embed security into the development lifecycle
- Skills
- 8+ years' experience in security engineering or related roles
- Strong application security background with experience across cloud security, IAM, and security operations
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform or similar)
- Familiarity with security and privacy frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
