Contract Attorney Needed: Independent Contractor Termination / Notice Dispute

I’m seeking an experienced U.S.-based contract attorney to review and advise on an Independent Contractor Agreement termination issue.

Scope of work:

Review 1–2 executed Independent Contractor Agreements

Analyze termination, notice, and payment provisions

Assess whether termination without notice constitutes a breach

Advise on leverage and next steps (e.g., demand letter, negotiation strategy)

Draft or review a short demand letter if appropriate

This is a contained advisory project, not litigation at this stage.

Required Experience

U.S.-licensed attorney (contract, employment, or commercial law)

Experience with independent contractor agreements and termination disputes

Comfortable advising on breach, notice provisions, and contractor vs. company obligations

Deliverables

Written summary of legal position and options

Clear recommendation on next steps

Draft or edits to a short demand letter
