About the position This role is critical for building and managing strong relationships with assigned retirement plan clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term value for both the client and OneDigital. This role will leverage their expertise in plan design, investment management, regulatory compliance and OneDigital's broader offerings to become a trusted advisor to clients, exceeding their expectations and identifying opportunities for cross-sale and revenue growth. Responsibilities β’ Lead all aspects of assigned client relationships, working closely with plan sponsors to understand their unique needs, goals, and strategic objectives. β’ Develop and execute a customized relationship strategy that aligns with each client's specific situation and maximizes their plan's effectiveness. β’ Foster open communication and build strong, trusting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all retirement plan-related matters. β’ Proactively address client concerns and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction with OneDigital's services. β’ Provide ongoing support through leveraging team expertise regarding investment management options, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and fiduciary best practices. β’ Coordinate the team to conduct regular plan reviews and analysis to ensure compliance with ERISA regulations and IRS testing requirements (non-discrimination testing). β’ Offer expert consultation on regulatory and legislative updates that may impact clients' plans. β’ Utilize plan statistics and insights to identify areas for plan improvement and enhance client satisfaction. β’ Conduct benchmarking due diligence to ensure clients' plans are competitive and meet industry standards. β’ Coordinate RFP fulfillment, demonstrating OneDigital's capabilities and value proposition. β’ Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure client plan compliance. β’ Provide ongoing consultation regarding plan needs, potential changes, amendments, and recommend adjustments when necessary. β’ Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in retirement plan design, investment management, and regulatory compliance. β’ Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to maintain a high level of expertise. β’ Contribute to a collaborative and client-centric team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing. Requirements β’ Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices. β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to work and make decisions independently. β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). β’ Demonstrated discipline maintaining client information in a CRM, Salesforce preferred. β’ Proven success with multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively. β’ Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment. β’ Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and interpret the impact of new laws for prospective clients. β’ Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data. β’ Regular and predictable attendance is required. β’ Business travel up to 25%. Nice-to-haves β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant experience in retirement plan service. β’ Must possess a valid relevant securities license. β’ 8+ years of retirement plan related experience required. β’ 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
