Job Description
Role Objective β’ As an Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle's Supply Chain Management Cloud suite. β’ You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technology, ensuring that the supply chain processes (from procurement to fulfillment) are streamlined and efficient for our clients. Key Responsibilities β’ Solution Design: Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis against Oracle Cloud SCM standard features. β’ Implementation: Configure SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). β’ Business Process Mapping: Design and document "To-Be " processes that align with Oracle Modern Best Practices. β’ Testing & QA: Develop test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT). β’ Data Migration: Oversee data mapping and migration activities using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL tools. β’ Post-Go-Live Support: Provide functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs). β’ Quarterly Updates: Analyze the impact of Oracle's quarterly cloud updates and advise the business on new feature adoption. Technical Skills & Qualifications β’ Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM (at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in the Cloud/Fusion environment). β’ Module Expertise: Deep knowledge in at least three of the following: β’ Oracle Procurement Cloud (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Portal). β’ Oracle Order Management Cloud (Global Order Promising). β’ Oracle Inventory & Cost Management. β’ Oracle Manufacturing or Maintenance Cloud. β’ Reporting: Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher). Education: β’ Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Information Technology, or Finance. Certification: β’ Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Professional certification is highly preferred. Soft Skills & Language Requirements β’ Languages: Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory as you will work with global stakeholders. Proficiency in Polish is a strong advantage for local client engagement. β’ Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business leaders (C-suite level). β’ Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
