WHO WE ARE: Melbourne, Australia based premium video production agency specialising in: - Television Commercials (TVCs) - Corporate Videos - Real Estate Videos - Brand Films & Storytelling Content WHAT WE NEED: Someone to manage our Instagram and Facebook ads to generate leads. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ✓ Create Instagram/Facebook ad campaigns ✓ Target real estate agents, healthcare, corporate decision-makers, coaches, other businesses ✓ Monitor daily performance (clicks, leads, cost-per-lead) ✓ A/B test ads and audience segments ✓ Send weekly report every Friday TARGET AUDIENCE: - Real estate agents/teams (primary) - Healthcare professionals - Corporate SMB decision-makers - Coaching/consulting businesses - Builders and construction - Small business BUDGET: - Your compensation: AU$600/month - Hours: 12-15/week - Start: Immediately WHAT YOU'LL GET: ✓ Our portfolio video ✓ Our positioning statement ✓ Weekly strategy calls ✓ Direct communication EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: ✓ 3+ years B2B paid ads experience ✓ Proven lead generation results (show CPL numbers) ✓ Instagram/Facebook expertise ✓ Data-driven approach ✓ Weekly reporting capability REQUIRED IN APPLICATION: 1.
