Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hampton North is seeking a GTM Compliance Specialist to enhance their security posture and streamline customer due-diligence workflows. The role involves maintaining security documentation, partnering with teams to communicate security practices, and performing audits across key security and compliance domains. Responsibilities β’ Maintain and refine RFP, security questionnaire, and due-diligence content libraries β’ Update internal/external documentation to accurately reflect our security posture β’ Partner with GTM teams to communicate security practices clearly and confidently to customers β’ Perform audits and assist across key security and compliance domains: third-party risk, incident response, vulnerability management, risk management, and internal/external audits Skills β’ 2β4 years in security assurance, compliance, or a similar role β’ Strong understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other frameworks β’ Experience managing and completing security/compliance questionnaires β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics β’ Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving β’ Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Microsoft) Benefits β’ Equity options Company Overview β’ Hampton North is a Cyber Security specialist staffing firm.
