They are seeking a Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding Specialist Intern to support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Responsibilities • Assist with coordinating pre-onboarding steps • Guide new hires through onboarding sessions and requirements • Serve as a point of contact throughout the early stages of the employee lifecycle • Maintain efficient onboarding workflows, support communication, and improve the overall candidate and new-hire experience Skills • Interest in Human Resources, People Operations, Recruiting, or Business Operations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote setting • Familiarity with HRIS systems, scheduling tools, or Google Workspace is a plus • Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred but not required • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus Company Overview • Is Chaos Killing Your Company?
