They are seeking a Head of Revenue who will lead sales efforts, close deals, and coach a team to drive revenue growth while leveraging their partnership with Google. Responsibilities β€’ Lead and coach a growing team of hunters while directly generating revenue through your own pipeline β€’ Personally close high-value deals with C-level decision-makers across finance, operations, IT, and data β€’ Build and refine the sales strategy, including ICP targeting, pitch evolution, and performance metrics β€’ Apply structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED) to ensure rigorous qualification, discovery, and closing discipline across the team β€’ Identify and develop channel, VC, and referral partnerships that expand lead flow and shorten cycles β€’ Act as the bridge between the market and SQOR.ai by bringing real-time feedback to product and marketing to sharpen GTM execution β€’ Maintain strong client relationships through consultative, high-impact engagement that drives expansion and retention Skills β€’ 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales success, with at least 3 years leading startup sales teams β€’ Proven ability to build and scale a revenue engine while carrying and closing your own quota β€’ Track record of closing complex deals with C-level executives and investor stakeholders (VC and PE) β€’ Hands-on knowledge and application of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPICED, with the ability to coach others β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a founder's mindset and comfort operating in a high-urgency startup environment β€’ Based in NYC or another major tech hub with a strong personal network preferred, though remote is possible for top performers Benefits β€’ Meaningful ownership stake (approximately 2% of the company) β€’ High-impact cash incentives β€’ Significant equity in SQOR.ai β€’ Very high commissions on all revenue you personally close until base salaries become available late Q1 to early Q2 2026 β€’ Competitive base salary and commissions aligned with market standards as we scale Company Overview β€’ The future of Business Intelligence is not more dashboards.
