About the position The Manager of Strategic Planning will play a pivotal role in architecting and fortifying robust processes that elevate prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making within the strategic landscape of our Medicare Advantage business. The Manager will collaborate with a diverse array of key internal stakeholders to drive this transformation and help shape future Aledade Plus initiatives. We are flexible with geographic location-the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices. Responsibilities β’ Build and strengthen processes that improve prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making in Medicare Advantage in collaboration with Finance, Analytics, Actuarial, Product, and Operational teams β’ Develop financial and other analyses to illuminate efficacy and efficiency of established and new Aledade Plus initiatives β’ Lead buy/build/partner strategy and execution to fill identified capability gaps in our health plan operations β’ Communicate outcomes and key decision points to operational leaders, cross-departmental stakeholders, and executives β’ Other duties as assigned Requirements β’ Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or related field β’ 8+ years experience in finance, strategy, consulting, BizOps, or related function β’ 4+ years experience in healthcare β’ Strong quantitative and analytic modeling experience and skills β’ Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around prioritization and potential blockers to drive assigned tasks forward β’ Self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects β’ Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards β’ Collaborative team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality Nice-to-haves β’ Master's Degree Benefits β’ Flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely are available for many roles β’ Health, dental and vision insurance paid up to 80% for employees, dependents and domestic partners β’ Robust time-off plan (21 days of PTO in your first year) β’ Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays β’ 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents β’ Six weeks paid sabbatical after six years of service β’ Educational Assistant Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program β’ 401(k) with up to 4% match β’ Stock options β’ And much more!
