Robert Half and Derek Kemp have partnered with a growing mid sized CPA firm in the Dallas area. This will be a full remote position with zero travel, and will manage a team. They have amazing benefits, a tight knit team, and adding to grow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing team of 2 or more, has client interaction, and 8+ years of public tax. Message me or email me at [email protected] Responsibilities • 8-20+ years of experience in Public Tax • Tax Prep experience & Tax Review experience (Individuals, Partnerships, C Corps, S Corps) • Must have managed people and a team larger than 2 reports • Must have done client facing / client interaction – this person gets to interact directly with the clients SELLING POINTS • FULL REMOTE (no travel) • 40-45 hour work weeks • Unlimited PTO • Client Interaction • Owner does all business development, don’t have to worry about that • Very light work hours compared to other CPA firms, great work life balance, which results in long tenure in their workforce • Hiring Manager said “owner is one of the best bosses/people I have ever met or worked for” Apply tot his job
