About the position We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Senior Office Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple office locations within a defined region. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of office functionality, employee experience, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-focused, and skilled in managing both strategic initiatives and operational details. Responsibilities β’ Leading and coordinate office management functions across all assigned regional offices. β’ Serving as the main point of contact for office leads and administrative staff within the region. β’ Standardizing office procedures, policies, and service levels to ensure consistency and operational excellence. β’ Supervising and mentor local Office Managers, Receptionists, and administrative staff. β’ Providing performance feedback, training, and development opportunities. β’ Promoting a collaborative and inclusive team culture. β’ Ensuring offices are maintained to the highest standard, including space planning, cleanliness, safety, and functionality. β’ Managing vendor contracts and relationships for services such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, and security. β’ Overseeing facilities projects including renovations, office moves, and space optimization. β’ Managing regional office budgets and expenses, including forecasting and cost control. β’ Approving purchases and oversee procurement processes related to supplies, furniture, and services. β’ Providing quarterly financial reports, variance analyses, and cost-saving recommendations. β’ Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies related to workplace safety and operations. β’ Conducting or overseeing regular safety drills, risk assessments, and audits. β’ Assisting HR and/or Marketing with facilitating office events. β’ Cultivating a welcoming and inclusive office environment. β’ Coordinating regional events and initiatives that align with company culture and values. β’ Providing regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership. β’ Collaborating closely with HR, IT, Security, and other cross-functional teams. Requirements β’ 5+ years of office management experience. β’ 3+ years managing multiple sites or teams. β’ Proven leadership and team development skills. β’ Strong project management and organizational skills. β’ Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts. β’ Familiarity with hybrid work models and flexible workspace solutions (e.g., hot-desking, coworking environments). β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves β’ Facilities or project management certifications (e.g., IFMA, PMP, LEED AP) are an advantage.
