Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alldus is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Advisory Consultant on behalf of a leading US organization. This role involves hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development, along with providing strategic advisory support to clients to maximize their ServiceNow investment. Responsibilities β’ Lead client advisory engagements, assessing current ServiceNow platforms and defining future-state strategies and roadmaps β’ Deliver business value assessments and adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM β’ Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks β’ Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive solution design β’ Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, and ITAM β’ Perform platform health checks, technical debt analysis, and scalability assessments β’ Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, SOW creation, effort estimation, and scope definition Skills β’ 8β11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules β’ Proven experience in advisory consulting and technical delivery β’ Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations β’ Experience with proposals, SOWs, and client presentations β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills β’ ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and 2+ CIS certifications Company Overview β’ Alldus is a specialist staffing company with one single purpose: To connect the best people in Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation.
