About the position The Raymond James Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is looking for a talented CyberArk Engineer to join our dynamic and growing PAM team. This engineer will sit with the IAM Engineering team as a global organization based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. This role is perfect for an experienced PAM engineer looking to help build out a maturing program. Responsibilities β€’ Implement required security measures and provide input on their design, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems. β€’ Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. β€’ Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur. β€’ Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. β€’ Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. β€’ Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and succinctly. β€’ Work primarily within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and possess deep background and experience in this domain. β€’ Operate efficiently within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc. β€’ Demonstrate experience with documenting process, templates, and instructions around the use of CyberArk modules. β€’ Implement operational ticket workflows to provide a medium for customers to consume PAM services. β€’ Demonstrate experience with metrics and reporting around PAM usage and requests. β€’ Execute best practices in onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of vaulted/managed accounts. β€’ Implement Continuous Control Monitoring as necessary for PAM operational excellence and to ensure security best practices are met. β€’ Work a non-traditional schedule including on-call hours on a frequent or rotating basis. Requirements β€’ More than three (3) years of CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM) or relative experience is highly preferred. β€’ Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements. β€’ Knowledge of extensive experience with CyberArk and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred) is required. β€’ Knowledge of security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components. β€’ Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture. β€’ Experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud (preferred). β€’ Experience with CyberArk Secrets Management / Conjur (preferred). β€’ Experience with Splunk (preferred). β€’ Scripting/programming experience with one or more of the following: PowerShell, python, or java. Nice-to-haves β€’ CyberArk Defender certification. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or Information Technology.
