We're now seeking an exceptional AI and Machine Learning (ML) Data Scientist to join our Cloud Advancements Application Platform (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and executing our AI strategy to elevate our developer experience platform and accelerate application development within arenaflex. We're passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible and exploring new frontiers in AI, ML, and data science. **Key Responsibilities** As an AI and ML Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and executing our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply advanced calculations to large-scale data * Developing and deploying ML models to drive business growth and innovation * Ensuring data quality through analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling * Selecting suitable ML algorithms, training models, and calibrating hyperparameters to achieve optimal predictive performance * Experience with training a model or using a pre-trained model and retraining or fine-tuning to meet custom needs * Presenting the results of your analysis in a clear and effective way to both technical and non-technical audiences * Communicating complex AI model capabilities to non-technical stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on ML * Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with distributed storage systems like S3, HDFS, and NoSQL databases * Experience with model deployment for experimentation and testing * Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models * Strong understanding of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying a model to solve different business problems * Experience with data quality assurance through analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with applying ML methods in software development is a plus * Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes * Experience with data engineering and data warehousing using tools like Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and Amazon Redshift **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented team of experts in AI, ML, and data science * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about AI, ML, and data science, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
