The Executive Cybersecurity Program Director will lead governance and operational oversight for enterprise cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and cross-functional service integration. Responsibilities β’ Identify and develop close, collaborative, relationships with key client stakeholders β’ Fully internalize client and contract expectations, clarifying any unclear deliverables, expectations, or timelines β’ Maintain open communications with all appropriate client, partner, and internal resources to ensure shared understanding and commitment to project goals β’ Act as NuHarbor Security project senior contact for client and internal teams β’ Establish and maintain governance structures, including item master, run books, rules of engagement, and change management processes β’ Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and GTA policies β’ Support periodic audits and maintain audit trails for legislative and contractual compliance β’ Drive collaboration across service towers, customers, and third-party vendors β’ Maintain integrated Service Management Manual and collaborative workspaces for documentation and communication β’ Oversee ITSM processes such as Service Level Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management β’ Manage Service Catalog, Availability, Capacity, and Continuity Management β’ Ensure accurate configuration and asset management through CMDB and CMS β’ Lead onboarding and transition planning with PMO support β’ Develop and maintain project plans, templates, and reporting systems β’ Coordinate release and deployment management, service validation, and testing β’ Implement security management processes and controls β’ Participate in incident response, forensic investigations, and vulnerability remediation β’ Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain a continuous security program β’ Track and report on IT service costs and utilization β’ Manage chargeback, invoice consolidation, and dispute resolution β’ Analyze service demand and optimize resource allocation β’ Conduct service reviews, process evaluations, and improvement planning β’ Participate in technical innovation forums and update technology plans β’ Maintain knowledge management systems and ensure accurate documentation Skills β’ Bachelor's degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or related field β’ In lieu of a degree, two (2) years of experience in a related field β’ 15+ years managing large-scale technology programs with complex governance structures β’ Proven experience in Big 4 consulting or large systems integrator environments β’ Expertise in governance frameworks, cybersecurity operations, and cross-functional leadership β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills β’ Must be a citizen of the United States Benefits β’ Eligible for the company bonus plan at a 10% target β’ Competitive salary and benefits β’ Paid time to give back in your community β’ Generous PTO Company Overview β’ NuHarbor Security is an end-to-end cybersecurity services company with a focus on best of breed security technologies.
