The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for demonstrating the value of AI-powered solutions to potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing technical guidance throughout the sales process. Responsibilities β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements and challenges β€’ Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our AI-powered decision-making solutions β€’ Provide technical expertise and guidance to potential customers throughout the sales cycle β€’ Create and deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to address specific customer needs and use cases β€’ Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to further enhance our solutions β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to effectively position our solutions in the market β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction β€’ Consult with current and future customers about use cases and technical solutions β€’ Assists with research and development of new products β€’ Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries β€’ Provides support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment β€’ Proposes improved materials or products to customers and explains benefits of changes β€’ Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications β€’ Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs β€’ Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers β€’ Own and advance product roadmap for focus region β€’ Advance customers through buying cycle to facilitate quicker opportunity closure Skills β€’ Experience as a former Jr Software Engineer who converted to technical sales β€’ Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role within the computer software industry β€’ Prior experience in FinTech, Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry β€’ Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment β€’ Must be willing to Travel two 2 company offsite events a year and travel to clients as needed Benefits β€’ Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) β€’ Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) β€’ Life Insurance β€’ Flexible Paid Time Off β€’ 9 paid Holidays β€’ Family Leave β€’ Work From Home β€’ Free Food & Snacks (for those in Orlando, FL) β€’ Wellness Resources Company Overview β€’ Worth AI provides an AI-powered platform for business credit scoring, risk management, and financial underwriting with real-time insights.
